You do not need to be registered to make purchases on gvven.com. However, we recommend creating a personal account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our clients.
With “Your Account,” you can create a wishlist, view your order history, and make future purchases more efficiently.
Taxes are applied according to the national legislation of the shipping destination country. You can view the applicable taxes at checkout and in your purchase confirmation email.
All GVVEN eyewear is handmade in Italy, while our clothing is produced using fabrics from Italy’s finest mills and crafted in our atelier in Bahrain.
Delivery & Shipping
We process and ship your order only after all payment and delivery details have
been verified. Delivery charges will be displayed on the checkout page once you
have entered and selected your shipping address.
We exclusively partner with DHL to ensure reliable shipping within GCC countries.
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation.
All deliveries require a signature as proof of receipt. We cannot proceed with delivery without a signature, so please ensure you are available to sign. You can monitor the status of your order through the ‘Order History’ tab in your account.
Please note that any delivery dates or times provided are estimates only. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred due to delivery delays.
Unfortunately, this isn’t possible, so we kindly ask you to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and suitable.
Every item in your order will arrive in our signature Burgundy Brown gift box.
All products shipped via DHL are insured against theft and damage during transit from our warehouse to the delivery address. If your parcel is damaged upon arrival, we recommend signing as “goods unchecked” before confirming delivery.
Free Return and Exchange

- Submit Your Request : Log in to your account at www.gvven.com, navigate to the order details page, and select the items you wish to return or exchange. A Return Authorization Number will be issued to you.
- Prepare Your Items: Place the items for return or exchange in their original boxes and packaging, ensuring they are in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. Include the Return Authorization Number inside the package.
For Orders Shipped Within GCC:
If you wish to specify a different pickup address, you can provide it during the return
request process (step 1 above). Once the request is complete, contact DHL to schedule a convenient time for them to collect your package.

This policy applies only to purchases made on our website.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items purchased from third-party retailers
- Items purchased from other websites
- Items shipped to countries where we do not directly deliver
- Customized products

IN-STORE TERMS (DIRECTLY OPERATED STORES)
Return Policy — In-Store Purchases
Items purchased or received as a gift from a GVVÈN boutique may be returned once, within 7 days of purchase.
To process a return:
- Bring the item in perfect, unused condition with all tags and the original receipt
- A store representative will inspect the product
- If approved, they will provide available return options
We cannot accept items that:
- Appear worn
- Are altered or used
- Are missing labels or tags
Quality Claim Policy
Items with manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt.
This applies to both purchased items and gifts.
ALTERATION POLICY
A. Definition
Our alteration service provides basic adjustments, such as:
- Hemming trousers
- Waist adjustment
- Sleeve shortening
Note: Alterations do not include design modifications or personalization requests.
B. Requesting an Alteration
- Items purchased from GVVÈN boutiques may be altered once, free of charge, within 30 days of purchase
- Please bring the item and the original receipt to the boutique
- Alteration time may vary based on complexity and staff availability
