Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

• You may return or exchange (for a different colour or size) any item purchased through our website (www.gvven.com) within seven (7) days of receiving the product.
• This return and exchange policy applies exclusively to purchases made on our website.
• We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products purchased from other websites, physical stores, or from countries where we do not ship merchandise directly.

Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

• Customized products.

We process and ship your order only after all payment and delivery details have been verified. Delivery charges will be displayed on the checkout page once you have entered and selected your shipping address. We exclusively partner with DHL to ensure reliable shipping within GCC countries.

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation. All deliveries require a signature as proof of receipt. We cannot proceed with delivery without a signature, so please ensure you are available to sign.

You can monitor the status of your order through the ‘Order History’ tab in your account. Please note that any delivery dates or times provided are estimates only. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred due to delivery delays.

All items are fully insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. However, once your items are delivered and signed for, the insurance coverage ends.

If your package arrives damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery or noting the damage when signing for it to ensure proper documentation.

This product should be handled with care. We recommend not wearing the garment on consecutive days, allowing the fibres time to rest and regain their natural structure and texture.

All GVVEN garments are handmade and do not include instruction labels. For best results, we advise using a professional cleaning service, as many of our fabrics are delicate by nature.

When not in use, fold carefully and store with GVVEN cedar balls or moth repellent in a dry place, away from heat and direct light.
