Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

• You may return or exchange (for a different colour or size) any item purchased through our website (www.gvven.com) within seven (7) days of receiving the product.
• This return and exchange policy applies exclusively to purchases made on our website.
• We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products purchased from other websites, physical stores, or from countries where we do not ship merchandise directly.

Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

• Customized products.

We process and ship your order only after all payment and delivery details have been verified. Delivery charges will be displayed on the checkout page once you have entered and selected your shipping address. We exclusively partner with DHL to ensure reliable shipping within GCC countries.

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation. All deliveries require a signature as proof of receipt. We cannot proceed with delivery without a signature, so please ensure you are available to sign.

You can monitor the status of your order through the ‘Order History’ tab in your account. Please note that any delivery dates or times provided are estimates only. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred due to delivery delays.

All items are fully insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. However, once your items are delivered and signed for, the insurance coverage ends.

If your package arrives damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery or noting the damage when signing for it to ensure proper documentation.

GVVEN eyewear is carefully crafted using exclusive, hard-wearing materials. If the lenses are subject to significant impact, we recommend having them professionally replaced.

To clean your eyewear, rinse gently under running water and dry with a clean, soft cloth. Always hold the frame while cleaning and wipe the lenses very gently. Avoid using solvents, methylated spirits, or dirty or abrasive cloths, as these may damage the lenses and protective filters.

When not in use, store your eyewear in its original case, in a dry place away from heat and direct light. Fold one arm over the other and wrap the sunglasses in the Made in Italy microfibre cloth provided.
